Online submittal

Not familiar with the online protest process?

RealValueIQ can now submit your protest on your behalf.

For $30 RealValueIQ will:

• Create your online account with your city’s Appraisal District (using your Owner ID and E-File PIN located on your property tax notice)
• Filing and submitting your protest online with the Lowest Opinion of Value

The process:

• Once RealValueIQ files and submits your online protest, you will receive an email with the Appraisal District’s response. Some counties require that you respond to the protest with evidence of your Lowest Opnion of Value – you must reply and attach your RealValueIQ report. It is your responsibility to respond to all correspondence (for example, to accept or decline their offer).

Limitations:

1. RealValueIQ does not become your agent of record, and will not represent you at any formal or informal hearings.
